Update documents (WOs or prints etc..)
Utilize computerized systems to aid in servicing
Service- 70% of the time
Efficiently troubleshoot downed or poorly running production machinery
Effectively repair faulty equipment with a determined focus and follow through
Initiate equipment or process improvements using defined procedures
Perform preventative maintenance activities
Test, Inspect and Clean tools
Learn new concepts and equipment utilizing self motivation and logical thinking.
Upgrade equipment and project work
Perform Root Cause Analysis
Support other TMs and trades
Initiate proper follow through on incomplete work
Practice- 20% of the time
Follow key expectations including all safety and food safety procedures
Follow GMPs and sanitary practices
Utilize CFG Driven tools to continuously improve the operation
Effectively communicate work status with all affected personnel.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Communicate in English
Train/coach other Team Members
Attend training and refresher courses
Prioritize and follow standard work instructions
Challenge processes or procedures that can be improved or don't look right

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
