Position Summary
TheAccounts Receivable Specialist with the Keane Group will be responsible for allAccounts Receivables for its Hydraulic Fracturing and Wireline Operations inthe Marcellus Basin. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will report tothe Business Unit Controller and will be responsible for maintaining andcreating invoices/billings, ensuring timely collections, preparing variousmonth-end accruals, and providing exceptional customer/vendor service. Strong communication skills are essential for this position, as operations arebased in very remote areas. Attention to detail is imperative. TheSpecialist should be self-motivated and have the ability to read and understandcontracts to ensure billings are prepared accordingly.
Essential Accounts Receivable Duties and Responsibilities:
Create billing invoices per customer contract specifications
Collect, gather and review support documents from the field to be used to generate invoices
Monitor A/R Aging and follow-up on past dues as needed
Take operational action to resolve and explain any customer account discrepancies
Prepare month and year-end accruals
Position Requirements
1-3 years' accounting experience. Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience preferred.
Pleasant customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Detail Oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel)
Typing Accuracy
Experience in SAP
Demonstrate professional communication skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting is preferred
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and practice
US Work Authorization
Must beauthorized to work in the United States

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
